Hormone Balancing
Hormone therapy prescribed from your own bloodwork
Told your labs are “normal” while you feel anything but? We test wider and treat what your results and your symptoms both support.
Who this is for
What we commonly treat
Often right for: Perimenopause and menopause, andropause, persistent fatigue, stubborn weight change, low libido, poor sleep.
Perimenopause & menopause
Hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disruption, mood volatility, joint pain, brain fog and changes in body composition.
Andropause & low testosterone
Declining energy and motivation, reduced muscle mass, low libido, poor recovery and mood flattening in men.
Thyroid dysfunction
Hypothyroid and Hashimoto’s presentations, including patients whose TSH sits inside the reference range while symptoms persist.
Cortisol & stress response
Disrupted cortisol rhythm presenting as wired-but-tired evenings, early waking and poor stress tolerance.
Cycle & PMS disorders
Heavy or irregular cycles, severe PMS and PMDD, and the hormonal component of PCOS.

What to expect
Your path through hormone balancing
Physician Consult
You will meet your Ageless Living physician to review your medical history and your hormone cascade, with follow-up tests that may include serum, saliva and/or urine. With the most thorough understanding of the hormones in your body and how they operate, your physician answers your questions and educates you on your results.
Nutritionist Consultation
Meet your Ageless Living nutritionist for a full nutritional history review. Your test results are reviewed with the nutritionist and physician together, and your treatment plan is formulated. You will also have access to an Ageless Living pharmacist who is knowledgeable about hormone restoration therapy if you have questions about your medications.
The Follow Up
A follow-up assessment takes place three months after beginning your treatment. You will meet with your Ageless Living team, discuss how the program has worked for you, and adjustments to your treatment plan may be recommended. We encourage you to prepare any questions, comments or concerns so you are fully informed.
Benefits & outcomes
What patients typically notice
Response depends on the driver being treated — but across a first course, this is the shape improvement usually takes.
Weeks 1–4
Early shifts
- Sleep is usually first — fewer night sweats, less 3am waking
- Steadier energy and mood through the day
- Hot flushes begin to space out
Weeks 8–12
The first re-test
- Hormone levels measured against your baseline, not guessed at
- Dosing adjusted on evidence
- Symptom scores reviewed beside the bloodwork
6 months +
Consolidation
- Body composition, libido and recovery changes settle in
- A stable maintenance dose
- Reviewed at least twice a year from here
Individual response varies — which is why every protocol here is re-measured against your own baseline rather than assumed.
