Why here
A small practice that protects its own standards
Most clinicians do not leave medicine because they stopped caring. They leave because the conditions made careful practice impossible — appointments too short, panels too large, and incentives pointing in the wrong direction.
We are private-pay specifically so those constraints do not apply. Appointments run as long as they need to, a physician signs off before treatment begins, and nobody is steered toward a treatment they do not need.
