Privacy Policy

Ageless Living™ Wellness Centre operates clinics in Langley, Victoria and Kelowna, British Columbia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through agelessliving.com and through enquiries you send us from it. We follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the clinic you choose, the reason for your enquiry and your message. When you call, email or text a clinic, we receive whatever you choose to share.

We ask you not to include medical details in the enquiry form. Your health history is gathered once your consultation is booked, through the clinic’s own intake process.

Like most websites, we also collect information about how the site is used — pages visited, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages help people and which do not.

We use the details in your enquiry to reply to you, to arrange a consultation if you want one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use website usage information to measure and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing unless you have asked us to.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website. Enquiries sent through our contact form are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides our privacy-focused Web Analytics; it does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. Where enabled, Google Analytics measures site use with cookies. Maps on our location pages are provided by Google Maps, and videos play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you start a video. Our online shop and gift cards are run by Square under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country. We choose providers that protect information with safeguards comparable to our own.

Our own analytics do not use cookies. Google Analytics, if enabled, and the embedded Google Maps and YouTube players may set cookies from Google when they load or when you use them. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Information collected as part of your care — your health history, test results and treatment notes — is not collected through this website. It is gathered with your consent when you become a patient and is kept in your clinical record in accordance with PIPA and the record-keeping obligations of the regulated health professionals who care for you.

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and then delete them. Access to our clinic inboxes is limited to the staff who need it, and our providers transmit information over encrypted connections.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal and contractual limits. To do so, or to ask a question about this policy, contact our Privacy Officer at wellness@agelessliving.ca. We will respond within 30 business days.

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
