These terms apply to your use of agelessliving.com (the “site”), operated by Ageless Living™ Wellness Centre (“Ageless Living”, “we”, “us”), which runs clinics in Langley, Victoria and Kelowna, British Columbia. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is for general information and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and reading it or sending us an enquiry does not make you a patient or create a clinician–patient relationship. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided only after a consultation with one of our clinicians.

Do not ignore professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Descriptions of treatments, timelines and outcomes on the site are general. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Patient reviews reflect individual experiences. Not every treatment is offered at every clinic, and what is available may change.

Sending an enquiry through the site does not book an appointment — a member of our team will contact you to arrange one. Please do not use the enquiry form for urgent matters or to send medical details; call the clinic instead.

Consultation fees, deposits and cancellation policies are confirmed when you book and may differ between clinics.

Our online shop and gift cards are provided through Square. Purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout and to Square’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

Please use the site lawfully and do not misuse it — for example by trying to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with how it works, sending spam or automated submissions through our forms, or copying its content for commercial use.

The text, photographs, videos, logos and the Ageless Living™ name on the site belong to Ageless Living or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

The site links to, and embeds, services run by others — including Google Maps, YouTube, Square and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but information — including prices, hours, staff and treatments — may change without notice and may occasionally contain errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, and Ageless Living is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of British Columbia, or affects the care and obligations we owe you as a patient.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
